Job Description As a Director within our Capital Markets division, you’ll be at the forefront of institutional real estate strategy, working with major fund managers and leveraging Colliers’ national and international networks. You’ll play a key role in winning major business, facilitating high-value transactions, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients Drive revenue through strategic engagement with Colliers’ client base Collaborate with the Head of Office Capital Markets as to secure controlled opportunities Lead targeted programs to grow institutional business activity Respond to internal referrals and participate in national capital markets calls Initiate regular client meetings and informal engagements Ensure accurate reporting in partnership with Marketing and Information teams Meet monthly revenue targets Enhance Colliers’ profile through media and public relations Share cross-divisional referral opportunities
